I have been a Personal trainer for 10 years. Throughout this time I have acquired specialist skills in Nutrition, Fat loss, Increasing muscle, Yoga, Body weight training, Boxing and Ante and post natal exercise. My method is to work with you to change your lifestyle so you achieve your goals with confidence.
I offer training programs along with nutrition guidelines to aid you on your journey. These programs are tailored directly to work around your unique schedules.
Within our complimentary hour one to one consultation we will discuss your motivation, lifestyle and obstacles to ensure your goal is understood and we’re set up for success. This consultation can be conducted at my Personal training studio in Streatham Hill.
I guarantee you will be satisfied with the service provided and can then decide which session pack to continue on. If you feel the session was not up to the expected standard then you will receive your money back in full with no hard feelings.
