Reflexology is one of the ways we can make a positive step towards improving our health and wellbeing. This ancient therapy is based on the simple principle that a body in homeostasis can stimulate its natural capacity to heal itself. I was introduced to reflexology as a teenager and have been hooked ever since. After 15 years of practice, my motivation is women’s health. I work with ladies during conception, pregnancy and menopause. I also support women living with cancer.
